Spring 2007: Capped her first year in Memphis with a 7-16 mark in singles play, tying for the team lead with Amanda Brown...Was 1-11 in dual season play, all at No. 1 singles before missing the last part of the season due to injury...Teamed with Dara Toulch for an 0-10 record at No. 1 doubles during the spring and 0-1 with Ekin Zafir, also at No. 1 after going 3-6 in doubles during the fall with Alex Tjioe before Tjioe's December graduation.

Fall 2006: Went 6-5 in her first collegiate semester...Picked up her first career singles victory over Central Arkansas' Petra Keilova, 6-2, 7-5...Went 3-1 in her first collegiate tournament at UALR...Was 0-3 at the Air Force Academy Tournament in singles...Claimed her first collegiate singles title by winning the consolation title in Division I singles at the University of Memphis tournament with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Samford's Katie McMiller...Teamed with now-graduated Alex Tjioe in doubles, posting a 2-5 mark...Named to the Dean's List and the Tiger 3.0 Club folliowing her first collegiate semester.

Prep: Was the No. 1 singles player at St. Joseph HS for all four of her prep seasons, where she was coached by Betty Blake, the mother of ATP tennis player James Blake...Was an All-State honoree for four seasons...Was also privately coached by Matt Daly and Evan Paushter at the Tennis Club of Trumbull...Was the No. 5 ranked singles player and the No. 3 ranked doubles player in the USTA New England Region Girls U18 rankings...Was No. 89 on the season in the national doubles team rankings with a 5-2 mark in USTA play.

Personal: Daughter of WTA tennis professional Beth Norton...Started playing tennis when she was three or four, but said she didn't get serious about tennis until giving up soccer when she was a freshman in high school.
