The Total Athlete Camp Flyer

The University of Memphis baseball program announced today that it will team up with Fellowship of Christian Athletes Baseball to host the Total Athlete Camp, June 9-12. The camp will be held at Gameday Baseball's First Tennessee Fields Complex in Cordova, Tenn.

The Total Athlete Camp will run from 9 a.m.-Noon each day and is limited to 120 participants ages 8-12. Walkups will be accepted if space is available.

FCA Youth Baseball Camp Director and skills instructor Ron Hobar will be joined by University of Memphis Head Baseball Coach Daron Schoenrock, along with his coaching staff and select players on the 2008 Tiger team in administering the camp. Schoenrock and legendary Mississippi State skipper Ron Polk are among possible Guest Speakers for the four-day clinic.

The cost is $110 per camper with a $10 discount for each additional sibling.

Campers will receive proper physical baseball skill development that includes instruction in fielding positions, mental and emotional game training, relational and teammate tips and spiritual development. Participants should bring glove, bat and batting gloves, helmet, indoor and outdoor shoes or cleats, water bottle and towel and practice attire.
